MISSION

Affordable and Accessible Broadband in Communities!

Schools, libraries and medical centers are critical to the health and well-being of our rural communities. Broadband connections are the vital link between these facilities and the outside world, providing access to health, education, and civic resources. The digital divide between rural America and the rest of America starts here. The objective is to promote continued deployment of broadband into and within rural areas and remote communities. We need a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach to ensure bandwidth is sufficient to provide the necessary content end users require to be successful in the digital age. There are many examples of digital content and a couple initiatives include Connected Care and the bridging of the Homework Gap. Intelligent Network design plays an import role, as does sufficient, effective and efficient funding programs.

The basic need of broadband services and the digital content provided is approaching similarities to the basic need for electricity. Please join us in seeking accessible broadband in our communities.
